As I mentioned a few posts ago, we have decided not to move this summer. Along with turning the garage into my studio there are a few other projects I want to do as well. The very first one on the list is to paint our master bathroom. It is the only room in our home I haven't done anything with. Our master bedroom is a dark charcoal color. I secretly want to paint our bathroom a medium grey that has a hint of purple to it. I don't think I will be brave enough to pull the trigger, and I think poor Jon would die, so I think I am going to just stick with a medium grey minus the hint of purple. Here are a few of the grey and purple spaces that I have been drawn to lately:
I love the draperies in this one!
So, even though I don't think I would ever be brave enough to do it in my own home, I had some fun using purple and grey to design some new shirts. These are done with a raisin colored silk. I have more of a true purple that should come in some time next week. I really can't wait to use that!
I love the draperies in this one!
The style of this one is a bit much for me, but I love the wall color and that sofa!
This one is a bit harder to see now that it's on the computer but it is a really pale greyish purple, and I LOVE the chandelier!
Overall, this one is a bit over-the-top for me, but oh I just LOVE the bed and the wallpaper!
Love the wall color here and the chandelier!
What can I say? I love this bed!
